About the Founder
I didn’t have a roadmap, I built one.
I know what it’s like to have to figure everything out on your own, and I also understand what families wish they could guide their students through.
As a first-generation college student, I navigated college applications, financial decisions, and the transition into adulthood without a clear blueprint. Through persistence, strategy, and support along the way, I earned a full-tuition scholarship to the University of Florida, where I graduated summa cum laude.
I later earned my Master’s in Human Resource Management from Florida International University and built a career in campus recruitment and talent development, helping students navigate career opportunities. Along the way, I worked with leading organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, gaining firsthand experience in recruiting, mentorship, and professional development.
Today, I combine both personal experience and professional expertise to help students move forward with confidence while giving families the clarity and guidance they need throughout the journey.
